When does FIU CASE Summer Camp 2018 take place?
FIU CASE Summer Camp will begin June 11, 2018 and run until July 27, 2018.

When does FIU CASE Spring Break-Mini Camp 2018 take place?
FIU CASE Spring Break-Mini Camp will begin March 26-30, 2018.

What are the hours of operation for CASE Summer Camp office?
Camp office hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 am until 6:00 pm.

Will there be before/after care available for my child?
Yes! Before Care (Morning) will be from 7:30 am until 8:00 am., and After Care (Late Afternoon) will be from 5:30 pm until 6:00 pm.

How old does my child have to be in order to attend FIU Case Summer Camp?
Your child must be between the ages of 5 to 13 years of age to attend the camp.

Are the age groups divided? If so, how?
Yes. They will be divided by age and gender. There will be three age groups: Cubs (5-6 Year Olds), Junior Panthers (7-9 Year Olds) and Panthers (10-13 Year Olds)

I want to register my son/daughter for FIU CASE Summer Camp! Where do I sign up?
You can register online here.

Can I register all my children for the camp with just one submission?
Unfortunately, no. Please submit one registration per child and email address must be different for each camper.

Can I register my child(ren) even if I have no affiliation with FIU?
Absolutely! Registration is open to everyone.

Can someone arrange for my child to be together with his/her friend if they both sign up for FIU CASE Summer Camp?
We will do our very best to pair your child with his/her friend, although we cannot guarantee placement.

What are my payment options?
There are a wide variety of payment options available to fit any budget. Once you have selected a preferred payment option, you may pay with check or credit card (Visa, Mastercard). For FIU Employees, you can opt for payroll deduction which is a convenient way to pay for the summer camp (subject to eligibility and approval).

What is the CASE Summer Camp cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be requested in writing to summercamp@fiu.edu Cancellations prior to May 25th, 2018 will receive a full refund less $100 initial payment. Cancellations after the start of summer camp on June 11th, 2018 will not be eligible for a refund, no refunds will be issued for missed days or absences from summer camp. Refunds will not be issued nor camp make-up days be incorporated in the event of natural disasters. “Summer Camp @ MMC” will be closed on Wednesday, July 4th, 2018.

My son/daughter has a medical condition and he/she requires medication. What should I do to inform you of this?
Please let us know immediately of any allergies and/or medical conditions your child may have and list them on the registration form. Before camp begins, be sure to submit any necessary medication(s) to the camp instructor with your child's name, along with instructions for use.
