We have a wide variety of payment options to fit any budget. See below to find a payment option that works best for you.
OPTION I - 8 Week Camp - June 12 - August 4
Early Registration Fee (paid before 5/01/2017) – $1,325.00
Registration Fee (paid after 5/01/2017) – $1,400.00
OPTION II - 4 Week Camp - Session I (June 12 - July 7) and, Session II (July 10 - August 4)
Session I Registration Fee – $750.00
Session II Registration Fee – $750.00
OPTION III - Weekly Camp Fee
Registration Fee - $210 - Must be paid one week prior to week of camp attendance.
BEFORE & AFTER CAMP CARE
We will be offering optional Before/After Camp Care for the duration of the Summer Camp.
Before Care - 7:00 am to 8:00 am
After Care - 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm
Before and After Care fee is $50.00 per week. Hourly after care, before or after, is $10.00 per hour.
For FIU Employees on benefit eligible positions - Payroll deduction option is available (subject to approval). Request Payroll Deduction Enrollment Form at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The above fees include educational, recreational, and vocational activities, field trips, lunch and afternoon snack. Please note: some field trips may require minimum charge per camper.
A non-refundable deposit of $100 due at time of registration. Deposit fee will be applied to camp registration fee. Pre-Registration for FIU community opens February 1st, 2017. Open registration begins March 1, 2017. Space is limited.
Non-refundable registration fee is due at time of registration and may be paid by check or credit card. If you would like to pay by check, you may drop off payment at the College of Arts, Sciences and Education, Dean’s Office, in ECS-450. Checks should be made payable to: Florida International University CASE Summer Camp. Please include child’s name(s) on the check.
Remaining balance payment options include credit card, cash, money order, check or payroll deduction for FIU employees on benefit eligible positions.
Fees must be paid according to the payment schedule. The parent or guardian completing the camper’s application holds all financial responsibility for payment of fees on or before due date.
Camp fee can be paid in partial payments. Balance must be paid in full by registration deadline date. Campers who register after June 1st, 2017 must pay in full.
Cancellations must be requested in writing to email@example.com. Cancellations prior to May 29th, 2017 will receive a full refund less $100 initial registration fee}. Cancellations after the start of the session on June 12, 2017 will not receive a refund, no refunds will be issued for missed days or absences from summer camp, Refunds will not be issued nor camp make-up days be incorporated in the event of natural disasters.
